  Deliverance allows you to unhook yourself at a 100% chance AFTER you unhook another survivor. This means, you have to manage to get an unhook BEFORE you get hooked. So if you're found first, and the killer manages to hook you, the perk becomes a wasted perk slot just like that. When you do manage to use it, you cannot heal for a decent amount of time.
