DELIVERANCE IS NOT OP. STOP SAYING IT IS!
Deliverance allows you to unhook yourself at a 100% chance AFTER you unhook another survivor. This means, you have to manage to get an unhook BEFORE you get hooked. So if you're found first, and the killer manages to hook you, the perk becomes a wasted perk slot just like that. When you do manage to use it, you cannot heal for a decent amount of time. I'm not saying this perk is strong, but its very situational. And obviously the perk can only be used once. The killer can also camp nearby (like what happens about 60% of the time) and it can quickly make the perk useless. Paired with sprintburst it might be nice, but this perk is not op. So stop complaining in the first few hours it's out like you did with freddy which caused him to receive an unnecessary nerf.

The perk is definitely balanced, I'm just worried it'll get an unneeded nerf because of the people who read it and said "OP NERF THAT"
Yay, give killer more reasons to camp!^^
Camping will be THE hard counter to it.
Good job.
