• 10% Speed Nerf on Engravings for Hillbilly?

  Seriously? a 10% overall speed nerf for a double engravings build? I know this has been posted 60 times already but now that the actual percentages are out that is absolutely insane. Hillybilly takes a ridiculous amount of playtime to get good with and using engravings to curve in loops makes it even more difficult and engaging for both sides.
