My brother brought up a good point as we were unwrapping gifts today. He said he had tried to find me some actual DBD merchandise, but it was hard to find. I know there are a few things, but the majority of stuff that's out there is bootleg or things artists make. It's not official stuff. And it's not in places like Hot Topic or GameStop or Spencer's. When you look at Five Nights At Freddy's, th3 comments 61 views last activity

I think it would be interesting if there was a hex that gives the killer the survivors HUD, and gave the survivors the limited information on the killer's HUD. This way, the killer can see who sits on gens, who's on death hook, doing a totem, etc. Meanwhile, the survivors are deprived of using the HUD to gauge what plays to make. This puts extra pressure on survivors to cleanse the hex totem, or4 comments 41 views last activity

I think it would be a cool feature if there were things hidden in maps for killers and survivors to find. And finding these objects gave the player something like extra bp or rift progress. This way, even if a team or a killer isn't doing very well, they can still wander around the map and "find Easter eggs" and still feel like they are accomplishing something. Lore pages might also be a fun way0 comments 1 views last activity

Okay, hear me out. What if, along with the rift, there was some kind of monthly or bi monthly story element to DBD. Every player (both killer and survivor) gets to see cutscenes that revolve around a story centered in the Dead By Daylight universe. But you have to achieve a certain amount of rift progress to unlock the next part of the story. The story could center on any of the DBD characters, t0 comments 183 views last activity

Killers, you see these four survivors in your lobby. Be honest, who really, really, really ain't making it out of that game alive? Who you going for first?6 comments 171 views last activity

I watched the newest Venom movie and I have to admit that, for me, it really lacked the magic of the first two films. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but both the title and the trailers make the sadness of the film pretty obvious. But I think they kind of went a bit overboard with it. It was a film with very little plot, and instead focused on this sad little build up to "the final scene.0 comments 91 views last activity

I think my two top survivors to add would be Elvira and Buffy. I feel a tad bit more hope about Elvira after seeing her appearance in the Killer Clowns game. And Buffy really is the ultimate survivor. I think it would also be cool if we could get some legendary skins for her that are other Buffy characters--Willow, Giles, Xander etc. My top killer to add would be Pumpkinhead. I know it's not the23 comments 322 views last activity

I think it would be fun if DBD had an event called Deception where a killer had the ability to take the form of one of the survivors. Perhaps you could even change between the different ones, so you could pick the most effective time to turn into each survivor. As an added bonus, turning into that survivor also let's you see the survivor HUD, so you know as much as survivors do about what's going7 comments 101 views last activity

I wanted to start out by saying that, in the end, there are really three different versions of Dead By Daylight, there's swf DBD, there solo DBD, and there's potato DBD. And each version has its own things going on and what you can and can't get away with. And you have to learn how to identify which version you're in and alter your gameplay accordingly. When you're starting out solo q DBD, you g1 comments 61 views last activity

My DBD confession is that, if the final gen pops and it turns out to be NOED, I'm on that exit door and my ass is gone. I'm gonna leave all the NOED heroics to the swfs who are all on coms communicating about where the killer is, where the totem is, who's gonna hook trade and hang around to unhook, etc. I don't have any of that in my bag of tricks. Bye, girl. Bye.2 comments 111 views last activity

I know that a lot of survivors, especially those in solo q, feel like giving up when they find out they're playing against Pinhead. They fear that no one will solve the box and it will be endless chain hunts all around. So, as someone who plays Pinhead often, I wanted to share some advice in how to best deal with his main slowdown feature, the box. The problem isn't just in finding the box, but1 comments 104 views last activity

I'm not saying that all sequels are shameless money grabs, and there haven't been any good one's ever, but there sure as hell seems to be more stinkers riding the coattails of nostalgia than there needs to be.5 comments 71 views last activity

As someone who struggles to hear things in game, I always play survivor with the visual heartbeat. When I play killer, however, I have to use spies from the shadows since I can't track survivors through being able to hear them, or generators being worked on really. By the time I can register there's been a sound notification of some kind, and look up, the visual bubble indicator is usually gone.2 comments 51 views last activity

I had a solo q game where a Jake tried to become "best buds" with a Wesker. He was sandbagging the whole game and forcing us to do a 3vs1 from the start. (Including taunting people on hook) As soon as the Wesker had the game in the bag, he knocked down and hooked the sandbagging Jake. The dude immediately gave up and died on hook. I'm sure he knew none of us still living was gonna unhook his ass.0 comments 21 views last activity

What I believe one thing that would vastly improve the Dead By Daylight experience would be to able to go into a custom game and play against bots AND actually get bp and XP for doing so. Hear me out. If you could get the rewards of playing the game and completely bypass the toxic nonsense, the terrible teammates, the hostile after-game messages, cheaters holding the game hostage, etc it would b6 comments 81 views last activity

I don't think some people quite understand that a ton of people adopting the meanest, nastiest attitudes in a fandom are the cancer that eats a fandom up. It takes something that should be enjoyable and fun, and turns it into a toxic energy drain that people walk away from. And know some of you are already going "Well, play something else, a hole!" But let me put it to you this way, not only does9 comments 451 views last activity

I was playing solo q against a ghostface. I'm pretty sure that the other three players were part of a swf, because they literally never left one anothers side the entire game. Literally within minutes of the game starting, ghostface had downed one of them, and at this point the other two players followed him the entire way to the hook and tried to unhook right in his face. And naturally he'd be h13 comments 221 views last activity
