• Make the perk built to last activate whenever the survivors wants

  There's times where i may find a toolbox from a chest and after depleting it i'd rather not use Make the perk built to last because i may find a flashlight/medkit from another person or a chest.Yes i know that you can simply drop your item but you never know,even a brown toolbox can come in handy as the game progresses.

  I see a lot of people say that X killer doesn't need a buff but his/her addons tweaked.Shouldn't every killer be viable without addons?For example i see a lot of people saying that pig doesn't need a buff but her addons tweaked.Shouldn't she be viable without addons rather than viable only with addons? ...
