• Matchmaking Incentives doesn't work

  Guess what! Matchmaking Incentives doesn't work in SWF. I played with one more person (I get into his lobby) and he got his bonus BP, me not. It doesn't matter which character I will play (I play Kate, Yun-Jin Lee, Mikaela and Jonah) and it happens on PC. I had hope that they repair this but... well. It doesn't happen.

  Platform: Steam How often: Once Steps to reproduce: Start leveling character, end two bloodlines and press esc. Today, after game, when I get into lobby and started leveling Yui with bp which I got into match, after ending second bloodline my game freezed for a moment and I couldn't press esc to get into menu. When I finally got into menu, I've got error 111 and my game back into loading scree

• Rank error after reset – lost more than two rank progress

  Hi! After rank reset I've lost more than two rank progress. I was in rank 12 at the end of the season at Survivor and today I saw that I get into rank 17 without any reason (I didn't play last few days when I get into rank 12). Platform: Steam I've got also rank 13 as killer (or 14, I don't remember that cause I didn't play as killer so much). Can u explain that bug? What causes that error?

• Desync error – no bloodpoints

  PC platform Hi, My problem started month ago, when first time I don't get bloodpoints after game. From this time it's lottery when I get bloodpoints, when not. I lost almost 3k bloodpoints from that time. Once time this is error 111, another 500 and other time 112 or Just desync error. I don't know what to do with that. How can I solve this problem? Any ideas?
