I’m glad that the devs have tried to add fun/interesting things to the survivor side in 2v8 mode. However, despite their efforts, the killer queue times are worse than ever, which tells us that either way more people are playing killer or way fewer people are playing survivor than ever. Killer queues times are higher than I can ever remember in the years I’ve been playing this game. 2v8 queue times have always been long for killers, but in this most recent version I’ve been consistently seeing times between 30-40 minutes, way higher than ever before. 1v4 mode killer queue times are also much longer than I’ve ever seen them. After basically every recent survivor match being against Jason, I’ve concluded that he’s easily the most boring killer in the game to go against. The matches take forever because a vast majority of the time is spent with him in Omnipresent Evil while survivors crouch walk around the map and don’t do gens. I remember a while ago a patch that included a change to spawns so that survivors are supposed to spawn together unless a separation offering is used. I often run Lethal Pursuer and in about half of my matches, one or more survivors spawn separately from the rest without any offerings used. Can a community manager or dev confirm if this is intended? Thanks!18 comments 421 views last activity

Anyone else getting high ping in 2v8. Seems like every time 2v8 rolls around they put the games on their crappiest servers. I have wired gigabit speed internet and getting solid ping tests on non-DbD servers but getting massive ping spikes and lag in match after match and it’s making the game unplayable. US midwest region. Guess I’ll have to play something else for a while. Wondering if any1 comments 102 views last activity

Need some help from the experts here. I have had a few matches recently where I thought I was timing a pallet stun properly, but each time the killer would swing as I was dropping the pallet. I would hear the killer grunt from being stunned, but the survivor they were carrying would not escape.
