  The problem with this skill is that from the beginning of the game the killer can see if one or more people use decisive strike (result = the killer will not pick up the survivor(s) who was saved). Yes, there is one obsession in the game, but the killer will be suspicious of everyone and won't pick up anyone for 60 seconds to prevent the survivors from using the skill. SOLUTION: To so
