PC on Controller - Map Addon Glass Bead doesn't work Step 1 : Equip a map on Survivor with the Glass Bead addon When playing Survivor you never get the prompt for the secondary action while using the map. How it likely happend Step 1 : Right click survivor on ground to put on head trap Step 2 : Just before the trap animation begins, Survivor D/C's Step 3 : Now all head traps, even ones placed prior will permanently bug the survivors for the whole game, losing the ability to vault, and being glitched in the carry animation all game. Platform: PC Description of the issue: Survivors can now crawl under the hook when downed by the killer. Steps to reproduce (if possible): Get downed in front of a hooked survivor and crawl under the hook How often does this occur: Always, as far as I can tell.
