Description of the issue: Survivors can now crawl under the hook when downed by the killer.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Get downed in front of a hooked survivor and crawl under the hook
How often does this occur: Always, as far as I can tell.
This bug allows survivors to crawl underneath the hook, and the killer in most cases cannot get the prompt to pick up survivors. I went into a custom game with a friend to check, and sure enough it seems to be possible no matter what.
When hook Tech got patched it was supposed to make the hook underneath the survivor completely solid and push people out, as otherwise killers could not hit a survivor inside the hook or pick them up.
