• Doctor Madness Shock Levels?

  I was under the impression that Doctor’s Static Blast gains 1 madness tier on Survivors and Shock gains 1/2. Was this changed? As it stands today it takes two static blasts to gain one tier of madness.

  Bubba is oftentimes accused of being a poor man’s Billy. He suffers from the same mobility issues that many killers do.
