  I want actual gameplay affecting penalties for toxic strategies. You camp somebody on hook? Guess who just got a speed nerf and cool down increase? You flash a killer multiple times in short succession or while they are stunned from something/somebody else? Guess who just got hindered or exhausted, maybe even exposed for rubbing salt in a wound? Every thing people are complaining about happening
