  Exactly. If a survivor is walking normally they don't leave scratch marks. What about all the perks that stop scratch marks, blood, grunts etc from happening? How does Spirit find them? She doesn't! She has to come out of her ability or hope the survivor walks through a plant or something so she can see it sway. If you are full sprinting in a straight line against a Spirit, that is your blunder to get an injury for.
