  Boil Over alone seems way too strong on alot of maps, or is that just me? Combined with Breakout and facing four ppl, I find that it is close to impossible to hook in some cases, and it does not take a four man stack at all to achieve this. I think you need to calm the % on Boil Over on the dropdown bonus or maybe even remove it as it is strong enough without.

  It seems riddiculous that a killer can work fairly hard against toolboxes (+addons), medkids(+addons), 4-man premades, coordinated flashlight use (+addons) and sabotage while also having his/hers effort mostly negated by a brown offering and a key, if the survivors use of the above is, by some chance, still not enough.
