  Oh boy, so I was trying to level my Cannibal up to P3 and guess what? I get a lobby full of rank two survivors, which would be fine, if I wasn’t rank ten.   So here I am, excited as hell to come home and play the new Chapter. I can’t login because I have no internet. But I head to the PS4’s settings and everything checks out. I managed to get into at least three lobbies and one game but lagged out almost immediately.
