• Can't get teachable perks on other characters

  I have had the borrowed time and sprint burst teachable unlocked for over 7 months, and I still haven't found them in my bloodwebs, I haves rebirthed 5 different times and still can't get the perks, please fix this

• Teachable Perks Bugged?

  I have had the sprint burst teachable perk unlocked for at least 8 months now and still haven't gotten it on any of my survivors, one of them has been rebirthed three times and two others have been rebirthed once. I seem to also be having this problem with borrowed time, which I have had unlocked for at least 5 months
