  With Dead by Daylight regularly adding new characters, the amount of bloodpoints needed to obtain all of the perks in the game will also regularly increase. Even now, however, it takes far too long to acquire them. I did some math, which I'll copy and paste from notepad, so it might be kind of scuffed.
