• 2v8 Scout Class not recieving movement speed

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing 2v8 as a Scout and noticed that my walking movement speed does not increase like the Unlockable Skill said. I got hooked, tested it out by walking with a teammate that hasn't been hooked and saw that I was the exact same speed as he was. PLATFORM: PC/Steam STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Survivor with Scout Class in DBD Get Hooked/

  I was wondering if the 4 year event items appear in the bloodweb, because I leveled up 10 times and only got cakes so far. Are they really only obtainable from chests or also from the bloodweb?
