  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In public matches, my Survivor or Killer randomly moves significantly slower than normal – even while sprinting. The issue is not related to FPS drops and occurs without any perks or slowdown effects. Sprint input is recognized, but movement speed is close to walking pace.
