  Definitely not a balanced killer. Jason can spend a infinite amount of time in omnipresent evil which makes it impossible to do anything unless you,want to get in chase. Jason can use this during endgame to camp exit gates. He can also close hatch in this form which makes it practically impossible to escape in a 1v1 situation. Jason has no cool down for anything meaning he can spam power and pick
