There are currently two types of collisions Killer dash powers have in reaction to hitting an object while going fast. Bumping: Killer stops completely and has a moment where they can only collect themselves (Hillbilly, Bubba, Lunging Pig, Demogorgon.) Sliding: Killer does not care; Is too greasy to be stopped and just kinda slides against the obstruction until he gets around it, the power ends0 comments 21 views last activity

This is in response to the recent Q&A, where it was (paraphrasing here) stated that with such a variety in gameplay MMR for the most part just checks if each role's primary goals were accomplished to see if a match pushes them up or down in "Rank". So Killers increase in MMR if they kill, and Survivors increase in MMR if they survive. So here's a hypothetical for ya: Me and the boys get tog10 comments 112 views last activity

Topic title. I want y'all to get your theorycrafting hats on for this one, I'm sure there would be tons of unexpected interactions given the cast and their various abilities. Just off the top of my head: Plague with Oni. Don't cleanse and stay broken, feed Oni his super mode. Cleanse to avoid Oni steamrolling you, feed Plague her super mode. As a Survivor, you come across a Killer who just watches you. He doesn't attack, he doesn't sneak about, he's just out in the open doing nothing dangerous besides following people around. A few of your allies are probably dancing around him already, because it's inevitable that at least one person does that in this situation. Based on the Killer you see doing this, what are the odds you estimate9 comments 131 views last activity

Now I know most of you coming in will assume I'm saying so as a way to close the gap between solo and SWF Survivor play, which is partially true. From that perspective, I'd also argue making the perk Bond basekit for Survivors, but that is not the main thrust of my plea here. I want to talk with people. I want to just shoot the breeze with another Survivor I'm repairing a gen with. Just munda11 comments 91 views last activity

This one is fairly simple in concept. When a Michael Myers with one of the Tombstone addons (be it the piece or the whole thing) is in tier 3, the now unused stalk button turns into a button to grab and murder someone. This eliminates the situation where Myers wants to kill someone but instead downs them and vice-versa. In addition, make this new "Murder" button universal to all grab interact0 comments 51 views last activity

This one's simple enough in concept. Instead of the normal palette break have her do a double handed overhand swing which connects right when a normal killer would do the first kick, and then wrench her axe back while it's still embedded to break up the wood entirely in the timespan the normal animation would do it's second kick. As of right now, she's the only killer in the game who carries aro2 comments 32 views last activity

Yes, I do mean as a killer, not going up against it as a survivor. Fairly green player here - have had the game for a while on my account, but just recently got into it in earnest - and have picked a small selection of perks I've considered fun out of the shrine over the last few rotations. Iron Maiden, while niche, is a useful utility for my Huntress since it reloads her hatchets faster while o19 comments 331 views last activity

Speaking lorewise, of course. Property rights-wise is always a random die roll, and if you can make Freddy Krueger work mechanics-wise not much else could be out of reach there. Always kinda wanted this guy, and with the IT remake it'd be as timely as it'd ever get to do so, but there was also a huge narrative roadblock: The Entity wants servants and food, not competition.
