  As we all know, The Executioner has extremely strong anti-loop potential-he can hit through walls and shut down almost any structure. So why is he usually placed in B-tier? The answer is simple: he lacks mobility. Mobility is essential in the current meta, and killers without mobility or cross-map pressure are struggle significantly at high MMR.
