  • Game won't start on steam.

    So it tells me that "Dead By Daylight" fails to launch with a code 14, then if I tried to launch again it gives me the "PEP CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library". I've tried re-install the game, re installed the CC+ drivers, everything and still it doesn't work. I tried to repair anti cheat too but nothing. Please help! Thank you so much! I use win 7 64 bit OS.

  • Offering screen.

    Why do we even have it in the game before you go in? I say get rid of it totally. This would stop a lot of DCs because they don't want to face a mori. Also what is the point of those offerings for the hatch coming up in locations? The killer will see them in the offering a screen. BH just take out the screen and completely level the playing field for both survs and killers.

    Does anyone else feel a rush, or a thrill or just a sense of refreshment when playing as a killer? Like when you down survivors or hook them or chase them. Does it bring you back for more?   • Sprint burst and being hit.

    When you get hit by a killer you get a boost in speed. My question is if you get hit and you get that speed boost and you use sprint burst, do you get additional speed with sprint burst too or are you basically wasting the sprint burst? Should you wait till the hit boost is over then use sprint burst to be more effective? Thanks.

    Had a few questions for the killer mains. When is the best time to regress a gen? When do you break a pallet? During chase or later on? When do you know to continue a chase or break it off? Any other useful tips would be great too! Thanks!

    Please delete if this had been posted. I think the devs overhauled Hex Ruin to make the survivors do gens and not tap a gen from regression and then go hide in a corner all game.

    I play so many games where I see survivors not cleansing totems at all when they see them. Why? I always destroy them if I see them for the fact I don't want my ass to be NOEDed or something else horrible. Do your team a solid, if you see a totem, cleanse it, stop ignoring them.

  • Abandoned Hex Ruin.

    I've abandoned using Hex Ruin and I'm glad I did because it is no longer a crutch and I've become a better player because of it. I think people rely so much on it and it really stifles game improvement. People are up in arms on how the nerf is the end but look at it as a beginning of your skills improving and for you to think outside the box, so to speak. It isn't the end .
