  Create a division based MMR rating with Rewards per season. Seasonal MMR that reset every 3 months where all MMR players gets a soft reset basically few divisions down. you can create like 8 divisions overall of skill base, just make it harder to reach the top, so you can make it this way. 8-10 points per win, minus 15 points per lose. 0 points per draw. win condition is kills or escapes no ma
