  Right now the perks like Devour or Ruin are instantly found and removed making them completely worthless less than the first minute. And once they are gone you lose all effects. So I have 3 suggestions to make this a bit more fair and to promote their use. I believe any one of these would really help. -Hex Totems respawn after 90 seconds on a random dull totem if it exists. -Dull tote
