• Rank 1 killer has obvious wallhacks and I didn't record it

Quiver in General Discussions January 8, 2021

There's this player (apparently i shouldn't say who he is, just a p3 hillbilly ) who just straight up went for a blocked gen in the street map, went to the second floor and looked for me right at the start of the game and i didn't even run. He wasn't checking for spawn spots, he literally went straight for me. Already reported, take care and watch out for this hacker.

• In your experience, how much time did customer support take to solve your issue?

Basically that, I'm stuck waiting and i can't play the game in case they try to add my progress back but this is getting boring, two days of absolute silence.

• I'm getting ignored by the support team, anyone else has had this issue?

Quiver in General Discussions January 6, 2021

How much time do they take to respond, the only response i get is a generic message asking for more info i already gave and then silence. Horrible customer support, no feedback. Someone else has gone through this? I just lost a lot of progress.

Just the title, i've got hundreds of hours in this game and i don't care if all survivors escape every now and then, but with literally the most used build and maining blight there are games i stand no chance. You could say i'm just not that good but really, survivors complain when you run super meta perks but if you change any of them you're just going to lose and get teabag. Killer isn't even f
