  Having used the “new” Tinkerer a while now on various killers, I feel that 85% is jus too late. Even using killers such as the Nurse, Hillbilly, or Spirit, If you are not in the immediate area there isn’t any chance to get to the generator. Perhaps change the % complete to 85/75/65 at levels 1/2/3.
