As an active Spine Chill user, I find this perk to be the most effective counter to the most oppressive killers, such as Nurse, Spirit, Hag or even The Artist. These killers tend to be the best, or at least that's what the community says. Is it truly necessary to nerf the whole point of the perk? Vault changes - I'm sure, that this does not do much harm. With the enrichment of perks, there comes many problems - searching for them. As an experienced player, I do know approximately where perks are, but it may become more annoying and more annoying after some time to look for perk and its icon. This would surely largely benefit new players, where creating builds won't be dependant on looking for the same icon or as what happened to me - explaining t0 comments 11 views last activity

I'd like to address and form a discussion regarding Cenobite and two perks - Hoarder and Franklin's Demise Hoarder is a very underrated perk and can lead to better map pressure and punishing people for not doing primary objective - generators, while Franklin's Demise can punish people for searching chests (Hoarder gives two additional chests) and usage of items.
