• paid survivors and killers getting locked

  I am on steam, the same account by the way, and my paid survivors and killers aren't there. I don't know how to fix this since I don't remember the killers i had but i know I had most (probably three-five i didn't) and the same with survivors. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else but please fix this.

  I just got back on the game after a month and to my surprise all of the paid for killers and survivors need to be paid for again. What is wrong?

• Cross Platform Sharing

  As you know, we can't save data from one Platform, such as a Nintendo Switch, to a PC. I have this problem but I don't want to get rid of my switch account because it has 5th anniversary items on it. I even bought killers on there and don't feel like wasting my money. I'm sure a lot of people can agree we need a way to transfer items, killers/survivors, and cosmetics to our newer, cross platform
