  The devs don't want survivors to be tunneled or camped, and they want killers to fell more unstoppable and to focus on chasing and hooking rather than slowing down gens. Great! The community agrees with them. So... they're nerfing/buffing perks and minutely altering the speeds of killer actions and generator repairs. In other words, they're changing the meta by keeping the meta EXACTLY the same
