• How does DBD make money when I can't buy Auric cells?

  I have been trying to buy Auric cells for weeks, I paid for them and they don't show up in my account. I contact DBD support and they say "go talk to microsoft store" I talk to microsoft store and they say, restart computer. They have never even played the game. How does this company make any money?
