    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:There's a quest in Tome 4 of the archives, level 2, where you ring a bell within 5 meters of 4 survivors. It's impossible to complete. I've tried it many times and I'm sure I've met the requirements, but the game doesn't count them. Perhaps you should change this quest. PLATFORM: PC, Steam SCREENSHOT:

    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: You can see the other side's hidden offering if you hover your mouse over it. PLATFORM: PC, Steam STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: The offerings screen started and I accidentally hovered over a hidden offering from a killer while playing as a survivor. Then saw the offering's description and icon, even though the name was labeled "Mystery"

    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In Volume 7 of the archives, level 4 - there is a quest "Escape with an Visceral item" PLATFORM: PC STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: After the update with the removal of Visceral items from the game, this task became impossible to complete, only add-ons of such rarity remained in the game, but with them this task cannot be completed
