  Petition to add penalties on his Static Blast. i want to suggest that when the doctor uses his static blast near a generator it would be nice if the generator would get charged/repaired by 5-15% depends on the distance so that he cant use it mindlessly. i know he uses it to find survivors hiding but using it constantly on a survivor repairing a generator specially with the attachments that makes
