  Is it just me or is Spine Chill AND Resilience both need to play survivor for the new 4.0 patch? . ive been playing consistently for a few days now and EVERY pallet/window i get hit on. I know this was an issue in the past but i think its back again I been playing normally and then this patch comes along and Boom. This problem has been ruining chases for me. .'The Resilient Chill' DOES Work.
