Something happened to me a while ago that's still bothering me. I don't have a main survivor; I always play in rotation because I like variety. When I went into the queue that day, it was Sable's turn in my rotation. I don't usually read the pre-game chat, but for some reason, I did that day. I feel a bit stressed about the rift right now. I haven't had any time to play at all in the last month so I am behind. I'm currently at tier 15 in the rift, and I really want the Sable outfit in the free pass, but of course I have to get to tier 67 to fully get it. I AM ANNOYED. Not by killers, not by teammates, I'm annoyed with myself. I'm stuck in a cycle I can't escape. I constantly use the same build. Lithe, Kindred, Windows, Off the Record. Since I can't loop well and only play solo queue, I feel most comfortable with these perks. And that's why I keep using them. BUT I'm annoyed. This is the 3rd (or even 4th?) version of Chaos Shuffle, and there are still no radomized items or add-ons, even though so many players have been asking for them since version 1. As far as I know, the developers have never commented on this or explained why they keep deciding against it. I'd be extremely curious to know why. The bots know where the herbs are (just like they know where the hatch is) and they steal the herbs from the real players. I saw it on streams, I see it in my own matches. The bots usually survive until the end because their mission seems to be to use all the yellow herbs for themselves. Because they know where the herbs are, it's easy for them to steal them. There are already so many killers that I find interesting, but I don't know how well I can play with them and their power. That's why I don't buy them, because if it doesn't work then it would be a waste of money. I was just about to try out the winter event, I had 13 mistletoes, used a mistletoe offering in the match and after the trial every single mistletoe in my inventory is gone. I also noticed that I received an unnaturally high amount of BP. I started the trial with 1.7 million BP and after the match I had 2.5 million. Who of you knows this strange feeling? I played DBD very actively for a while, but in the last 2 years or so I've taken more and longer breaks. Now I'm at a point where I've been wanting to play for days, but then I think about the unfun playstyles like tunneling, slugging and camping, and I immediately lose the desire to start the game. Do you think the HUD could lead to more toxicity between survivors? What's happening ? For months the survivor queue times have usually been under a minute, even when I last played (the day before yesterday) they were super fast. But today it takes so long to find a match that I just had to turn the game off again. I watched Otz earlier, he and his swf also had to wait a long time for a match every time. I would find it helpful if at some point it would be possible to play all killers in a custom game with bots, including the ones you don't own. You already have all the perks available, including those from killers you don't own. Why can't you also unlock all available killers for custom mode? A question just came to my mind. We know that whenever a survivor is sacrificed, the entity erases their memory each time so they can no longer remember the trials. But what if the survivors escape? Where do the exit gates lead to? Do they lead straight back to the campfire? And when is the memory erased on the way through the gates? The bots are amazing- I just had so funny matches with them. The bots flashlight blind me (they can also chain blind), they t-bag on pallets and loops and they even dumb tech me on pallets. I had a quentin that did this 2 times, lmao Admittedly, in live matches I would be pretty annoyed by that, but I was amazed to see that the bots could do it. Hey guys. Can you name some good builds for all killers? I'm currently playing around with the PTB a bit, and since bots are a thing there I finally have some room to experiment around. In live matches you are unfortunately forced to use gen slowdown perks if you want the match to last longer than 5 minutes. This may sound funny to some of you, but it's a real problem for me right now. I can't get any further in the event tome, I'm stuck in the second survivor challenge. Escape 2 times. This is apparently impossible in the MMR I'm in. Why does BHVR hate solo queue so much? This may not be a challenge for SWF or high mmr solo survivors but I have no idea how to do this challenge. This time the rift is really interesting for me, but it looks like I won't be able to make it AGAIN because I don't have 24/7 time to play DBD. I already have all survivor challenges (in the current rift and in the event rift) and I should actually be playing killer for fragments now, but the Killer queue is still insanely long in my region. As most of us know, the DC penalty is currently off. But unlike other users described (they say there are a lot of DC) I experience exactly the opposite. Before this event, there would have been several DCs with the penalty turned off in every single match, but with the current event, almost no DC, even if the opposing side is dominating the match. While reading through the forums here yesterday and today, as well as the steam forums, I've noticed that most of the complaints about basekid unbreakable have come from killers concerned about swf abuse.And honestly, as a solo survivor, I understand those concerns. So now that you've nerfed blast mine (which is an absolute joke) change the tutorial so that you're guaranteed to find a flashlight in every match so you can practice blinding with the flashlight. The flashlight is far too rare in the tutorial and I suck with it, so I always used blast mine for rift challenges that involved killer blinding. Guys, I need advice. I stuck - AGAIN - in the rift . So I just completed my "bimd the killer" challenge and now I need to get 3 unbroken emblems in gold or better. Is matchmaking active at all? Why do I keep getting killers that I should never be paired with in the first place? My MMR should be way down by now thanks to numerous losses since the last patch. And yet I get killers whose skill is far higher than the skill in my solo queue lobbys. I am currently despairing of an actually simple challenge. I don't know about you, but the new prestige system, which is supposed to reduce the grind, demotivates me. I don't even know why I feel this way, maybe I am just wrong but it´s just my feelings. I was much more motivated when I just had to get the desired characters to level 40 to unlock their perks for others and then get their perks manually in the bloodweb. I´m a bit sad right now. The last few days have been so relaxing. No BM, almost all players were chilled, we had very nice and friendly PGC talks. And as soon as I'm back on the live servers, I feel stressed and very sad again. And the Bloodhunt event seems to bring out the worst in people once again. I haven't been playing DBD as long as some others here, but since owning the game and playing Killer (a few months), I wonder something. I'm wondering why as a killer I can't see the survivor's hook stages. As a survivor, I can see how many times my team has been hooked, but not as a killer. Can you please enlighten me. I just had a match as a survivor where the killer got a 4K but was incredibly toxic to me when I was the last survivor on the hook. He face camped me, repeatly shaked his head, then hit me serveral times on hook. I absolutely didn't do anything in the match that was toxic. How long did it take you to get good or at least decent with Nurse? I have to admit I only played her once, but it was so awful I never touched her again after that. Hey BHVR I just read a idea for a game mode below a DBD video that I honestly find quite funny and interesting. A game mode, in which neither survivor nor killer are allowed to choose their perks, but the game randomizes the perks for all 5 players. Just a little story from my last game session. I've had some rough matches as a killer before, then I had a team (it was a double swf and 2 solos) where the 2 swf guys came up to me right at the start of the match and made it clear that they wanted to farm . I was about to give up as survivor, as I saw here in the forums that the new rules are already etablished I wanted to give it a try again. And so far I really like it. I am a lower MMR solo survivor , I am a better killer because I can´t loop , no matter how hard I try, I can´t loop.
