    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I Want to Play a Game and Outbreak Breakout achievements not tracking PLATFORM: Xbox on PC STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I'm down to a few achievements left, but I Want to Play a Game and Outbreak Breakout don't seem to be working.   • The quest system might be the worst change they've ever made.

    Most of the quality of life changes they've made recently have been great, but the awful quest system almost ruins the game for me. All the quests are brainless and are basically just play the game. The most interesting quest we've seen for the rift pass has been to use scourge hooks. You could never look at the quests, and you'd still complete all of them easily. I know they caved to the people

    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Mad Skills challenge from tome 2 level 3 isn't working. Getting 3 survivors to madness 3 in a game isn't registering. PLATFORM: All STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Pretty straightforward. Played multiple games with Doctor. Saw all four survivors get to madness 3. Challenge didn't register them.   • Memories not playing anymore

    For about a week or so, the memories in the archive no longer play the voice anymore. The final movies still work, but nothing for the regular memories in all tomes. Any idea how to fix it?
