I'm all ears, thrilling tremors, surge, trail of torment, dragon's grip, oppression, starstruck and now eruption. What do all of these perks have in common? That's right a really long cooldown that hinders their potential. Ask yourself this: would these perks be broken if they drastically reduced the cooldown? What I mean is that totem spawns can be hilariously bad (looking at you hill totem) and we are getting counterforce soon in addition to a buffed small game and detective's hunch. I am currently contemplating whether it is even worth it to spend a million bp on hag to unlock ruin if the chances of it surviving longer than 2 minutes are slim.
