Pretty simple. Raise the status effect recovery speed from 20% to 35% so for example tier 3 exhaustion perks cause you to be only 26 second exhausted. Raise the range where it affects allies to 20 meters from 8 Meters and make it persist 30 seconds (previously 15sec) when out of range.
