• I lost most of my characters

  As of title, I lost most of them. The last time I saw these characters was this morning March 16th at 5am about. An they were missing around 4pm March 16th. I Uninstalled and reinstalled in hopes it would fix but it did not. I even tried to re-download a DLC an once I did that it told me I had to buy it again. Please someone help me out if anyway. I contacted DBD but they still haven't responded.

• Lost Most of my DLC'S and Characters

  By the title, I've lost so many of my killers and a few survivors. The last time I saw them was yesterday. I've lost Kate, Tapp, Adam, Legion, Spirit, Clown, Twins, Pig and more I probably can't think of. Is there anyway I can fix this? I've restarted my game several times an it's all the same.
