  No one will run Thana except maybe some Legion or Plague players. I understand wanting to address the whole "free slowdown" aspect of the perk but this is not it. If the problem is Merciless Storm, address the problem in Merciless Storm. Don't bring back an old problem with the horrible Pain Res / DMS meta.

  This post is part a plea that I’m aware will not accomplish anything, and part a form of therapy for myself. The recent patch brought good changes and was overall a step in the right direction in my opinion. BHVR seems to be heading towards at least a little bit more QoL and better balance, which delivers just the tiniest droplet of water onto my parched tongue. Disclaimer, I play both killer
