When wiggling off a killers shoulder you get a .5 sec stagger which hinders the survivor to get away. This perk would give them a slight speed boost to counteract the stagger. Tier 1- 5% speed boost for 1 sec. Tier 2- 10% speed boost for 2 secs. Tier 3- 15% speed boost for 3 secs.
