Waste of effort. 15% speed boost for 3s is 0.6m distance. That's 3s extended chase time after wiggling free. Most matches you will wiggle free 0 times. But at most 3 extra seconds (if it's not mobility killer, 110% killers don't count because they will use ability to negate the effect) makes 0 sense even if it's used in sabo squad.
Anyway the perk makes very little sense one way or another - even if the numbers were higher
I wiggle off every single game with Boil Over and Flip Flop. The perk makes complete sense. Just that little difference is better than wiggling off and getting back up down instantly. Maybe the percentages need to be increased, but it would still be a good perk. I'm assuming you're a killer main which makes sense.
