  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: During the PTR and on release, Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass would change the hook to a Scourge Hook as soon as the Unhook progress bar was completed by survivors, then the other Scourge Hook perks would activate when the survivor's feet touched the ground, causing Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass to allow Scourge Hooks: Gift of Pain and Floods of Rage to activate every time on a

  One of the ways to encourage fairer play from the Killer would be perks that reward the Killer for unique hooks (hooking each survivor for the first time). Old BBQ and Chili, No Way Out and Grim Embrace are the examples we have already in the game. BBQ and Chili was changed and No Way Out + Grim Embrace are nearly identical in function (game slowdown with a minor information bonus). Changing s
