• Ideas for new characters/perks

  Now I’m pretty new to the game but I love it. It’s extremely fun and I think the lore and the characters are very interesting. I’ve been having ideas about new characters and I think these two are the most refined. Now again I’m still fairly new so the perks might be unbalanced or might be redundant with already existing perks. But it’s just a general idea that could be heavily altered to fit the
