  A fun thought I had that would increase replay-ability and forever change perk tierlist and load out crafting would be the introduction of perk tuning. How does it work? Simple, there would be a new gear icon above already existing perks that would allow to tune them. Tuning a perk would drastically change how it works while still keeping it it’s original idea.   In the newest PTB changing the ingame UI also changes the size of skill checks making them smaller or bigger. Instead give them a new setting entirely so we can customize the size of skill checks, or give them a set size.
