Create a setting for skill check sizes

In the newest PTB changing the ingame UI also changes the size of skill checks making them smaller or bigger. Instead give them a new setting entirely so we can customize the size of skill checks, or give them a set size.

Size... as in, how large the circle itself is...?

Because you can't mean give a setting to set the size of the success zones.

Yeah, in the PTB your UI changes the size of the entire skill check

Yeah they want it to be universal I guess - so you can't make everything super small and have your skill checks really big for maximum visibility in-game and maximum skill check visibility both.

That’s why I also put a set size for skill checks if that’s what they were going for.
