  THE PROBLEM: From both my personal experience and the consensus of people I see streaming or in chat on streams, Rapid Flashlight clicking goes hand-in-hand with "Toxic" behavior. It is used to annoy/irritate people playing killers. Which, doesn't exactly promote a fun game when your intention is to irritate.
