  Sorry if this has been said before. I think I know why people hate NOED so much. Besides the fact that it's a surprise instadown, I hear all the time that NOED is a crutch perk that has no activation requirement. I think that's why people hate it more than other endgame perks. Every other endgame perks require build up to get the most value out of it (no way out/remember me) or it has a specific
