• Thrilling Tremors and Surge cooldowns are too long.

  I want to use these more but the cooldowns are too harsh I suggest: Thrilling Tremors from 60sec to 40sec . Surge from 40sec to 30sec . These are my rough estimates but any change to lower the CD would help. Especially considering strong perks like borrowed time have no cool down at all. Thanks.
