SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: As of Patch 9.0.0 (Springtrap release), the survivor scream animation when tiering up from Madness against The Doctor has finally been restored, and I really appreciate the team’s effort in addressing this long-standing issue. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: One of the infamous hook screams for Claudette as well as haddie's seems to have been removed from the game at an unknown date. They no longer screams that specific scream when hooked. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but it was one of my favorite screams for Claudette and Haddie's hook screams. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Since lara croft's release patch (8.1.0), when facing doctor, survivors don't look up and scream like before when getting tiered up in madness (whether from shock therapy or static blast), as well as slighty shorter screams, making it more difficult to hear as doctor. I would like to mention that since patch 8.1.0 (lara croft’s release), the way survivors scream when they get struck by the doctor’s ability (specifically when they get tiered up by madness from static blast or shock therapy) got changed.
